Please Note: Cancellations and rescheduling must be done by calling the salon directly.
Our Policy
At Village Salon & Spa, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be subject to a fee of 50% - 100% of the service(s) cost, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Weather-related Exceptions: If local schools are closed due to weather, cancellation fees will be waived.
